Joining LifeSport, led by Ironman Master Coach and Olympic Gold Medal Coach, Lance Watson, provided Kimberly with both the camaraderie of working with a team of coaches as well as the learning opportunity to coach alongside world-class colleagues.

Kimberly has over 16 years of experience as a coach and a personal trainer. She has coached triathlon groups and masters swimming in Illinois, Wisconsin, California and Colorado. Kimberly is currently the head coach of the swim and dive team at the University of Colorado-Boulder and she also coaches youth swimming with MESA swim team, and masters with Boulder Aquatic Masters and Louisville Rec Masters.

“Teamwork and trust between athlete and coach is what creates opportunity for the greatest athletic outcomes. Removing barriers for athletes helps them realize they are stronger than they think they are, providing endless potential for growth.”
