Coach Kimberly
Kimberly Goodell is a former professional triathlete in Boulder, Colorado and a triathlon coach for LifeSport Coaching.
Prior to joining LifeSport in May 2022, Kimberly was the founder and owner of Elite Wave Training where she coached multisport athletes of all levels, from beginners to seasoned Ironman competitors. Joining LifeSport, led by Ironman Master Coach and Olympic Gold Medal Coach, Lance Watson, provided Kimberly with both the camaraderie of working with a team of coaches as well as the learning opportunity to coach alongside world-class colleagues.
Kimberly has over 16 years of experience as a coach and a personal trainer. She has coached triathlon groups and masters swimming in Illinois, Wisconsin, California and Colorado. Kimberly is currently the head coach of the swim team at the University of Colorado-Boulder and she also coaches youth swimming with MESA swim team, and masters with Boulder Aquatic Masters and Louisville Rec Masters.
Kimberly is also an accomplished triathlete, racing at the 70.3 and Ironman distance since 2016 as a professional, including competing at 70.3 World Championships in 2021.
