Basic Training Schedule

$100/month
  • This plan requires an initial consultation to discuss your training approach. You will receive a customized 4-week training block each month, with a general workout schedule identifying type of workout, duration and training intent (speed, endurance, technique, recovery, etc). Because this plan does not include daily feedback, you will need to have some familiarity with training zones and a method to independently track your training progress.
  •

General Consultation / Personal Training

$75/hour
  • The single consultation is meant to discuss season training overview, race plan, or provide basic guidance on how to approach your fitness or athletic goals. This one-on-one session can also be used to focus on developing overall fitness and core strength or improving a specific element of your technique, such as swim form or transition practice. Personal Training packages of 10 or more sessions are discounted 10% and remote training is available via video conference.
